New at Alegria    

Pastas without gluten and packagings with a new image!

Stornoway, November 1st, 2013 – Alegria, organic pastas from Québec, launches a new range of products « without Gluten » to respond to the increasing demand.

Thanks to a collaboration with an Italian supplier, Alegria is now able to provide spaghettis, linguines, maccharonis, fusillis and pennes without gluten in delicatessens, organic food shops and supermarkets all over Quebec as well as Ontario and New Brunswick.

Furthermore, new colored packagings renew the image of the company and facilitate the arrangement  of our products in tablets.

Alegria organic pastas are produced in Stornoway, Estrie according to an Italian traditional technic. High quality flours and semolinas used in our products come from La Meunerie Milanaise. High fibers content and great nutritional value made them the no1 choice of several consumers including athletes.

Bulk products are offered to the hotel, restaurant and institutionnal customers. Also, the funding campaign program raises in popularity in schools and sports community.
