Try the goat cheese from “Fruit d’une Passion” goat farm !

Preparation time: 15 min
– 350 g of your choice of Alegria short Pasta (fusilli, shells, macaroni, etc.)
– 50 g of goat cheese, shavings from ‘Fruit d’une Passion’ goat farm
– 2 slices of bacon, crumbled
– 1 medium romaine lettuce, shredded
– 1 pint of mushrooms, cut in quarters
– 1 avocado, cut in pieces
– 1 tbsp of caper
Your choice of Caesar dressing
Cook the pasta in a large quantity of salted water, uncovered, until they are ‘al dente’ (approximately 8 minutes), then drain. In a salad bowl, place pasta, bacon, lettuce, mushrooms, avocado and caper. Cover with dressing and delicately toss. Garnish with goat cheese and serve.
